I've had my 2000 A6 2.7T for almost a week now and I'm ready to start making it feel like my own.

I've always liked the look of the "lip spoilers: like the ones on the Ultrasport A4s, S4s, and s-line A6 etc.

Does anyone have any experience with these specific brand spoilers?
Will I be happy with the fit/finish?
How good is the adhesion? is it going to fall off in 3k miles?

FLOORMATS:
I would like rubber floormats to protect my mint carpeting.
Does anyone have any experience good or bad with these?

any recommendations of other brand items to look in to?

thanks,

CaptTrev

My buddy bought the lip for his 03 545iBMW and it was a very easy install and looks good! The 3M tape is pretty strong on his!!! For $50 it was a good buy! Haven't gotten one for mine yet so let us know how yours turns out!!

I bought that same lip spoiler for my previous a6 ... it was really tiny and looked puny compaired to the bold trunk and rear of the a6 ... i recommend a diff spoiler i got one from the dealer directly that comes on the S6... a little beefier yet not obnoxious

The link you have for the mats is 2005 & up, which will not fit. Try these... http://www.audipartssuperstore.com/c...roducts_id=131

RE: eBay lip spoiler and floormats
I like the small lip spoilers. I bought one a little over a year ago. I didn't get it on ebay but I don't think there's much difference. Mine was about $60.00. As long as you follow the instructions, there's no way that it's going to come off. As a matter of fact, you have to be carful when you install it because once it's on, you will need a heat gun to get it off.

My car came with the rubber mats shown. I use them in the winter and go back to the OEMs for the summer. They fit perfectly - you have to remove the woven mats of course- and are deep enough to capture snow melt from your shoes. If I did not have them, I would buy a set. 'Nuff said?

RE: eBay lip spoiler and floormats
i got em. I was thinking the same thing. rubber in winter and cloth in summer.

they should be on my doorstep when I get home tonight!

I got the lip spoiler too - I can't wait to install it. any tips/tricks for installation?

I saved a few pics of A6's eith spoilers, so I gues I'll have to eyeball it, right?

does anyone know if there is a measurement that you could measure it up from the top of the bumper or something?

RE: eBay lip spoiler and floormats
I would probably go off the pics you have. How is the quality of the paint on the spoiler compared to the vehicle(fading, matching, ect.)? I have been looking at them, but was leaning towards buying one unpainted and having it done to make sure it matched.
