Not sure what a tank vent valve is, but make sure your gas cap is tight and sealing.

Its possible the purge valve connector is improperly connected. The purge valve is a little cylindrical device with a wiring connector and two hoses sitting on top of the air filter housing. Seeing as how they're working in thei vicinity for the turbo replacement, its a good change that something is disconnected with regards to the purge valve. Or, it is broken. It the hoses aren't connected properfly

I checked connections, still getting P1426 - tank vent valve opened. It's not effecting performance. I guess I need to replace the sensor, or could it be just a leaking hose?
