Default Wiring for Aftermarket

I have a 02' A6 C5 3.0 Quattro. I wanted to get LED strips for the grill and angel/devil's eyes headlights. The problem is that I want to wire the angel eyes/LED's to a switch. Where in the firewall can I feed wires through (I can't find anywhere)?

Also, I have 2 open switches next to the ESP button that are unused. Can I wire anything to these switches?

Wire them directly to the parking lights. No need for extra switches then.

Go up through the steering column insulator. It will probably be easier to push the wires from the passenger compartment through to the engine bay as there is no room on the engine bay side at the insulator.
