Fog light mod.

How can I get my fogs to be on with the parking lights?

You can vag com it and switch it to Canadian spec, I think.

There is no VAG solution for the C5 platform A6. You have to hardwire it. Here is a solution that I have, works pretty well, but tends to burn fuses at a rate of 1 per month is I use is all the time.
