Front Engine Snub Mount
First of all I want to thank Bob Martin and Audisaurus for the expert advice on replacement of the snub mount. Well Thanks to the help of 2 neighbors, nearly 12hrs a pry bar, blocks of wood, and jack's alot of swearing when the daughter was not around and the consumption of quite a few steel reserve 211
I managed to pull the old mount and brackets and put in the new mount without taking the front end off.
The PITA was the top of the 3 hex's bolts what a pain in the rear that was
.We cut about half a inch of a 8mm hex key after alot ALOT of trying got the top of the three bolts lined up and going placed the half inch cut off hex key in and a ratchet spanner over it. Another pita geting it in there and on alot of occasions it fell out. But after that the rest followed after a few hrs of playing around!!!!!
Moral of this story is erm after all them beers and hrs I can give myself a big pat on the back lmao.....
Round 2 will be breaks all round and disc's... I better get some sort of manual.... Thanks again to all feel... free to verbally abuse me for a shoddy job!!!! lol

Rule one on German cars is that there is a sequence of removal that makes a job "easy". The sequence for the snub mount is to remove the front end. It sounds a lot harder than it is. It would have been MUCH easier than the route you took. But, then again, that's why you crawl under a car in the first place - to learn how not to do things!
Congrats!
