I'd definitely see how much maintenance has gone into it. The miles are right around where a bunch of the main systems start to go (if they haven't been worked on at all). Timing belt, etc. Also, it would be the best deal if it has newer tires and brakes because that's another $500+ on the super cheap.
I got a '99 A6 Quattro for $6,800 with 140K and it was maintained really well (it was from a family friend who happened to be a mechanic). Make sure to think about the long term because as you should know from reading around the forums is that Audi's are generally expensive to fix so it'd be in your best interest to determine whether you'll have to be doing some of that yourself. Otherwise it looks like i've got the same car down to every feature except in the beige/champagne.

My 2001 2.8Q was 8900 with 87000 when I bought it. I would see if they would be willing to come down on price, its a little high for over 100K. If you can, find a newer one, IMO the white lit gauges look 100 times better than all red plus you get rid o the hidden radio. The big radio is easier to use.
