Default Good independant shop in Seattle area?

Can anyone reccommend a good independant Audi repair shop in the Seattle area? I got a 2003 a6 4.2 that needs some work and I really don't want to pay dealer prices.

thnaks,

I live in Seattle as well. The best place is German Auto Clinic down in Ballard by the Fred Meyer. Guy works on nothing but VW/Audi and has been in business for a long time. He is very knowledgeable and will talk with you over the phone and give you a realistic estimate.

i.e. Wheel bearing replacement = $130
i.e. Timing Belt/tensioners, waterpump, seals etc = $800 or so.

Stay away from Fat City German Car on 5th in Downtown. Guys never give you an estimate or will even talk with you over the phone plus they charge more than the dealer.

Theres a place in Woodinville called Woodinville Sports Cars. Its right off of 522.

There's a mechanic there by the name of Travis S. he ONLY works on audi's, VW's, european cars. I bought his Audi A6 and it runs like a champ. Try that place.
