Default Having problems with coolant

Every car I have ever owned has had a coolant drain on the bottom of the radiator, but not my audi. Do I really need to unhook the hose to drain the coolant? Or is there actually a plug i'm just not seeing. Another question, which is probably dumb but my roommate was at napa and I told him to go ahead and get me 0w-5 synt oil mobil 1, he got 10w-30 syth, will that work? Or just return it.

There is a drain screw at the bottom left of the radiator. (Driver side) You can access the screw by removing the grill on the left side of the bumper. If you unscrew it, then your fluid will come our from the back of the radiator. You are suppose to connect a hose at the back, but if you don't have one, then it is okay. It will just splash as places.

Also there are 2 drain plugs below the engine as well. One on each side of the oil pan.
