Hey all im new to the forum so i hope to chat to most of you over the course of my ownership.

im a mechanic and im having a serious issue with my own car. its a 2003 A6 2.5 TDI AKE engine

the heating was continuously coming out luke warm so i checked the usual flap problems and its all moving ok. after checking for air etc i decided it must be the stat and as it was due a cam belt change i decided to replace the cam belts, water pump and stat all at the same time.

now i have done all that however i am still getting luke warm air. the matrix isnt blocked and it runs ok, anyone suggest any ideas?
