Cool help neaded, change fuel pump but car still just chugging

one night car just did not wont to start, just chugging with full force. I changed fuel pump in tank but still nothing. Maybe relay or if any one can help me with any advice .

A strong possibility with your mileage. A clogged filter can stress a fuel pump real bad and kill it slowly. You don't want that to happen to your new pump now, do you?
