springs wont work ... they arent for the splitter they are for all thier other valves hah figures ... im gonna see if i can do some fine tuning ... i talked to the guy again from forge and he said basically if im not getting the woosh sound then 1- im not running enough boost or 2-- i dont have the valve adjusted right when it releases the boost

with the giac chip i should be right around 15 pounds right?? I have a boost controller but im not screwing with it till i have my gaige in because thats askin for trouble

i guess ill do some adjusting on satuday

Hey Joe,

You might want to call GIAC or the shop that did your program install and find out where your boost will peak at and what it maintains (for example...my boost will peak at 20 but maintains around 15-16). I have the APR program and was going to install a manual boost controller but APR said not to because their program controls the amount of boost and the boost controller would interfere causing poor performance. I am certainly not saying thatyour setup might be an issue, but it might not be idea just to check and see.

GIAC and APR are very similar so I would assume that you are maintaining 15-16lbs of boost! Check and see if they recommend a manual boost controller or not. It could be one effecting the other. Ask as many questions as you can. I do not believe that your problem is major, it sounds like minor adjustments to me!
