I just found a leak
I am the new owner of a 2000 A6 2.7T , 6 speed with 48,000 miles on the clock.
It appears that i need to replace the camhsaft and crank seals due to leaks. Does it make sense to replace the timing belt while I am there? Additionally, what other maintenance items should I take care of, i.e. water pump, tensioner, serpentine etc? I know it may be early due to mileage but does it make sense to leverage the labor cost at this time? Thanks in advance Al |
RE: I just found a leak
