A few months ago I purchased a RS6 style spoiler from LLTEK for my 2002 A6 4.2. I purchased it painted. It arrived, I had it installed and there was an issue with the fit. There was a slight defect in the spoiler and it did not fit tightly against the trunk lid in one spot. I discussed this with mark at LLTEK for a few weeks in order to determine how to resolve the issue. Mark offered me a discount, I wanted it replaced. After much discussion and review of photos of the fitment issue, Mark sent me a new painted spoiler. I received it yesterday and installed i this morning. The fit and finish were perfect as was the paint match. Mark and LLTEK stood by there product and replaced it when a problem was identified. I can't tell you all enough how impressed I am with their company and their product. I now have an extra silver spoiler with a slight defect, Mark told me to keep it so I am mounting it on the wall in my office.
