Looking for feedback on the 2012 A6
 

I am looking at a 2012 A6 Premium Plus 2.0 with the cold weather package. It looks like with the Costco plan and a "rebate" for my Acura I can get it for a little over 45,000.

A few questions:
1) The list on this car is about $47,445, does the deal seem reasonable?
2) I have a 6 year old daughter and one of my big complaints about the Acura is that she can't get the seatbelt in herself. Does anyone here with Kids know if the buckle is placed in a way that kids in a child-set can get it in themselves?
3) What is the real gas mileage with the car with about a 50/50 mix of city and highway? I get 21.5 with my Acura TL and I really want a car that gets at least 26/27 average. I might save as much as $50 a month if I can get to that level based on my current distance
4) Is there a charging cable adapter available for mini-USB devices (Blackberry Torch Specifically)? I see this on Amazon that looks like it will work:
