def dont just run straight pipes

you have an audi

magnaflow with no resonator sounds great

I agree. I still have to put the kids in it, so I don't want it to be too loud. I just want to open her up a bit. I'll try with just the magnaflows and if there is room for improvement then I'll go the next step.

Had The work done today at meineke. The cats I got had the pre cats along with the cat itself. To do a direct bolt on i would have paid 185 per side for install. My pre cats were still good so I had them weld on the cats for 75 per side. Something about the manifold being an issue to make the hours longer. I also had them weld magnaflow mufflers and left the stock resonators. At 2-4k rpms the sound is deep and aggressive. in higher rpms its all engine with no exhaust drone. She sounds exactly the way I want her. I know straight pipes instead of resonator would give more sound and better performance however it is still a family car. I will post a video clip this weekend. Thanks for all the help from everyone.
