I just bought a 2002 Audi A6 Quattro. I am trying to get everything set up and can't figure out how to set the Driver Information System. The manual shows that there should be a menu button near the emergency brake but mine does not have it. It has the mirror controls and a pop up drink holder but that's it.

How do I change the settings for the DIS display?

There is a button below your wiper stalk. Press it once, then it will display. Once again to turn it off. Up and down button on the side of the stalk changes to other displays. i.e. mileage, mpg, range and etc. To reset, you hold the bottom botton on each display.

I have a hole in my console where the DIS is supposed to me. Does anyone know what is supposed to go here instead?

I have the Reset button and menu system accessible on the right stalk. So I don't think I have the fancy DIS with the MENU button and joystick.
