Default misfire after water pump replaced

Codes P0300, 0304, 0305 & 0306
Water pump failed, car over heated but was stopped quickly. Just had Water pump, thermostat, timing belt, etc replaced by a good indy mechanic I use.
Within 20 miles it showed the above misfire codes. Car runs smooth but with reduced power, cel both steady and then blinks.
I've changed the coils on 1, 2 & 3 as they went bad but they went bad individually.
Do temp sensors always show a code for the temp sensor?
What do you guys think?

Most likely a bad timing belt installation...

You replaced the ones on 1, 2, and 3.
304, 305, 306 - misfires on all opposite bank's cylinders.
What makes you think those coils are good? If the timing is good, then there's your answer.

#4 coil plug was not pushed in all the way. Running fine, no codes so far.
I didn't think 3 coils would go bad at the same time.

Codes are back. The same ones.
I switched # 4, 5 & 6 coils with 1, 2, & 3 coils & now I'm getting the same random misfire & misfire on 4, 5 & 6. I'll erase the codes & then get them again after 20 miles or so.

I hate to sound like a broken record, but most likely a bad timing job. FYI, timing belt job on a 3.0 IS a rocket science and you need a PhD to figure out the serpentine belt routing. Seriously, it is more complicated than 2.8 and 2.7t. Unless the mechanic used all the proper tools, including locking the cams using special lock tool (not a lock bar like 2.7T and 2.8), there is a good chance that you are off timing.

Can any one check the timing with a timing light on a 3.0?
When I erase the codes, the car runs fine until the I get the cel that is steady with intermittent flashing, then the car runs sluggish.
I erased the codes yesterday and have driven about 30 miles, no cel yet. I'm sure the cel will start flashing today.

If the timing is off, would the misfire codes show sporadically or would they show constantly?
