Default My 1997 A6 power steering problem.

I have my 1997 A6 150Km on it. I did change my front brakes this morning and after finish it when i started the car a strange thing happened. When I turn the steering wheel on the right it works perfectly, when turn it to the left it is very heavy and I have to use a lot of force to turn it When driving it seems to turn a little more easy. The same problem happened to me 5 months ago only for few minutes then everything run normal. I did timing belt at 100km.

Check to see that your steering belt is on properly and make sure that when you changed the brakes and calipers you fitted them on properly, because if you have mounted them a little with too much space then the turn could be affected......

wow..

Did check the brake and sensor lines are OK. Actually the steering wheel did came to normal now. I spoke with a mechanic and he give me 2 opinions.
1.Strut bearing or strut mount because I can fill a noise in there and maybe something moved there when I lifted the car to remove the tire.
2. Steering Rack
I thank u all
