So far so good, however I really wish i did my research prior as I now have envy of the 2.7 model. Not for performance it jsut seems to have the features that really make the car stand out dual exhaust, spoiler (way better looking backside), also the bose system seems more common. I like my car but now feel as though it is only a short term ride I found one for about 4k more than mine that has everything however since i just bought this one i would get !!!screwed Maybe ill just have to mod this one..

 

The spoiler is only on the S-line, not the standard 2.7T. If you have quattro and the ESP/ASB, you've got a great car for driving. Without the worry of turbo failure. Just enjoy it. There's always something more desirable out there no matter what you own.

 

I was just reading about turbos and doesnt sound like my cup of tea, I dont really mind the perf at all (not a speedster) just think the s-line spoiler really looks nice. I was lied to by the salesman and the ad placed, i was told i got the bose system and i didnt (bastards! ). I will enjoy this one but will look into adding the s-line spoiler and getting nice wheels when my tires wear out.

 

So you have the 2.8 model or the 4.2 model? If you have the 2.8 model then you can make it perform a little better and feel soooo much better by recoding the transmission module from 00002 to 00032. It made my Avant feel like a whole different car! Obviously its not any faster but it feels fantastic now.

 

Neither I have the 3.0....

 

i would say to jus enjoy the car, they are way better than most of the other cars on the street and the 3.0s still have some power, and you could always look into mods such as chips, intakes, and exhausts.

you can buy the spoiler for less than $100 on ebay thats what i did and you cant tell that its not factory.

 

How much did it cost for you to get the spoiler painted to match and installed?

 

if you buy it on ebay you can get one painted to match your car so all you have to do it put it on. it was about $80 maybe less im not sure anymore
