Default N75H?

I know that with A4s, people would replace their stock N75 valves with "sport" ones like the N75h and N75j. Is this something that anyone has done with their 2.7T? Just looking to see if this is something that might be beneficial for me, lately I have been having some erratic boost feelings, I just installed a samco TBB yesterday and that seemed to help a little bit. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

I believe the 2.7T engine management is a little too smart for a N75 valve upgrade, meaning it would adapt. Its a waste of money on the A4 too, its better to bypass it and install an MBC on a 1.8T. On yours don't mess with it.

Hell i don't know, got any codes? Stock DV valves? Change your vaccum lines yet? Done an engine flush/seafoam yet to clean out your PCV system? Is your air filter clean? Did you change your fuel filter yet?
See what im getting at, i can't guess, need more info. Your stock N75 valve may be malfunctioning.

Yea, you can run the H or J on the 2.7. You will end up with more lag, & you would lose the smoothness.

Hesitation can be a number of things. It might be time for a tune up & code read out.

The only code I have lately is a catalyst warm up below efficiency. I hear this is a common code on the 2.7t and needs to be reflashed at a dealer? Other wise, I have 710Ns, have not done anything with my vacuum lines, JUST ran a gumout full treatment last tank, air filter is good and just changed my fuel filter less than 1000 miles ago.

2kS4,
So the H and J will only hurt my performance? Strange, but thanks for the advice though.

Yes, they filter the signal, & cause boost to ramp up faster. Our ECU will sense this & cut the boost, but it's lagging, then it cuts more, then you are way under & it adds boost, only to get over boosted yet again. Do you get it? So instead of a nice smooth curve, you have high boost, lot boost, high boost, low boost.... until it even outs in the upper RPMs.
