Hello,

Just purchased a 2003 3.0 A6 and had a couple of questions:

1. Can anyone recommend a good serivce dealer in the Fairfax, VA area?

2. Tire recommendations. the care came with winter tires. I've been looking at General Altimax HP, and Yokohama AVID TRZ.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Thanks, Victor

Tires are personal pref. I have always used pirelli p-zero nero m+s. its a uhp all season. I love them and have used them for years. Friend of mine only uses potenzas. Go to tirerack.com and do your homework. My nero m+s with the quattro have never gotten stuck in new england winters. Good Luck!

OEM tires were Pirelli P6 FourSeasons. I'm on my second set with about 40k miles and decent tread left. They are fantastic in snow and reasonably quiet. A good alternate is Continentals. Per my signature these are 18" that I run on aftermarket rims for summer only. But Conti makes all-season OEM tires for Audi as well.
