Just got back from the shop where they changed the axles on the Audi.
Told the mechanic to place a drop-in kn&n on there...he did.
But now it gives me a warning light that reads GPM and it blinks everytime
i hit the gas.......... is this from changing the filter.... and can it be fixed?
any help would be appreciated...thanks fellas

 

Do a search on K&N in this forum. You'll see countless warnings about an oily filter messing up your MAF (mass air flow sensor). Not sure if that causes the message you see, but a good place to check first.

 

It has something to do with the air flow sensor. Re check to see if there's any leaks. Usually the code will come on due to the air box or a clamp not placed tightly.
