Well I picked up my car from service yesterday. It was at Holbert's in Warrington PA for 2 weeks. They replaced the tranny and took care of the other issues( bent drivers side seat frame) It seems like the car is driving fine, I can't really tell. The only thing I did notice was I was approaching a stop early this morning and it felt like the tranny kicked down to first a little hard. I didn't notice it after that, it was tough to replicate the issue. It seems like I'll be heading back to the dealer on Friday though. 5 minutes after I left the dealer a warning light came on for the autodiming xenon headlight sensor. So it'll be back at the dealer on Friday. Hopefully it's a quick easy fix. I had no idea these cars were so sensative. Or, that I'd be spending so much time at the dealer. The total cost for the Tranny was approx 6k. Glad it was under warranty.
