No Back up camera suddenly

No Back up camera suddenly

2019 A6 3.0 premium plus.
Back up camera does not work after wifes short trip.
Tried various setup approaches but nothing activates the camera
Any tips appreciated TIA

went back out and restarted the car and the Back up camera works now.

Only thing I did was wipe off the front and back cameras with a tissue?
