owners manual 2002 A6 and other various 2nd owner things

I just bought a 2002 A6 quattro. Sadly it didn't come with an owners manual and I was wondering if there was a place I could get one other than going to an Audi dealer. Also when I bought it was only given one key that has a light on it. Should I have gotten two keys, one with a keyless entry and alarm? Or is this just the standard for that year? If there is any other things I should be on the lookout for it would be greatly appreciated if you could pass your knowledge onto me. Thanks!

I'm also missing the square looking thing on the front bumper. It's on the top of the bumper on the left side and there is just a black plastic clip in there. What is missing so I can get it replaced? Also in the back behind the passengers under the windshield I'm missing a cover on one of the metal hooks. What are those covers called so I know what to look for. Thanks again

-The square looking thing on your front bumper is called a headlight washer cover or cap.
-I'm not exactly sure what the appropriate name is for the hook cover but I'd go with "child safety upper hook cover"

Regarding your key: well you get what you get when you buy a used car. When I bought mine I only got 1 key too but it was the key-less remote. At least they gave me the manual but honestly it's not that pretty and you can get all the information you need from the internet that you don't know for exactly your car model and year.
The manual consists of possible selections, like Bose sound system, premium / prestige package, weather package, etc. It's very generic for many different packages - not very specific to what you got anyways.

Thanks for info. I've been looking around the forum and I guess my best bet would be to get a service manual. Its my first german car so I don't know why way around it as well as I would like to. But thanks again, you answered everything I was wondering.
