A6 troubles
I have a new 2019 A6 with 11,000 miles. I bought the car new 11 months ago. I have had two complete power failures that disable the car completely while I have been driving it. The car has spent over 50 days in service and all they have done is replace the battery and tell me it is fixed. Audi North America ignores my open ticket for support and has responded in weeks. Has anyone else experience this level of poor support by Audi? I am incredibly disappointed. This is my seventh Audi and I have never issues.

My first Audi is also a 2019 A6, a used CPO purchased March, 2020. Have found my dealership, Jack Daniels in Upper Saddle River, NJ, to be the absolutely worst in responsiveness. At this rate, will be my last Audi.

I would suggest looking at your states' Attorney General website and inquire about your states "Lemon Law". In Illinois, if a vehicle is out of service, for more than 30 business days it falls under the Lemon law and is eligible for third party dispute resolution resulting in either a buyback or a trade in of equal value minus the miles driven. It also has to be within 12 months of purchase. Every state has its own laws for this. Good luck.

Just got 32mpg on a comfortable road trip.('19 A6 3.0). 90mph with just a push of the big toe.
Take it another dealer and get any software updated, "Hal" has had it done three times.
Hope mine doesnt become a nightmare because it's one of the best rides I ever had.
