pedal went to floor then caliper stuck
Brakes were working fine. One morning I got in the car and my brake pedal went to the floor all the way but still stopped the car barely. As I drove it tightend up a bit over the next 5 miles. Now its working fine. Drove another 10 and the pedal started to get stiffer and stiffer until the front right caliper stuck. When I pulled over it was smoking. I opened up the screw to release the pressure and fluid shot out. I got home using the e brake to stop as I didnt want it to seize up again. What do you think the problem is? caliper? master cylinder? any thoughts?

RE: pedal went to floor then caliper stuck
Check to see if fluid is leaking from the master cylinder, if there isn't any fluid there then its probably the caliper.
