Default Possible Allroad Purchase -- Suspension Problems

Hi all,

Currently have a 03' 3.0 which has been giving problems due to electrical issues and exhaust problems..

Might buy a 03' 2.7 Allroad which looks decent.

Has 125K Miles / 200K KM and seller wants $5.5 CAD for it.

Air suspension is currently inoperable so I hooked my Vag into it and it's throwing these codes -- mechanic who's selling it is telling me it needs a new module and they replaced all the bags in the past.. Just want to know what you guys think based on the codes:

4 Faults Found:
01400 - Suspension Level Control
11-00 - Control Limit Not Reached

01577 - Turn-Off due to Over-Temp
35-10 - - - Intermittent

01772 - Signal from Level Control Pressure Sensor (G291)
27-10 - Implausible Signal - Intermittent

01770 - Temperature Sensor for Level Control Pump/Compressor (G290)
27-10 - Implausible Signal - Intermittent
Also, noticed that I wasn't getting the beep when arming alarm, so I hit the panic button and it seems that the alarm horn isn't going off, but only the 4 ways are. When the rear right door is open I'm not getting any interior lights, or it door open on the instrument cluster.. I'm thinking it needs a new door latch assembly?

2 Faults Found:
01369 - Alarm triggered by Hood Switch
35-00 - -

01562 - Rear right door
59-00 - Can't Unlock
The engine also threw out these codes, but I'm not too worried about them as they appear to be intermittent:

6 Faults Found:
17866 - Exhaust Gas Temp Sensor 2 (G236)
P1458 - 35-00 - Short to Ground

17862 - Exhaust Gas Temp Sensor 1 (G235)
P1454 - 35-10 - Short to Ground - Intermittent

17584 - Bank1: O2 (Lambda) Correction Behind Catalyst
P1176 - 35-10 - Control Limit Reached - Intermittent

16684 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0300 - 35-10 - - Intermittent

16689 - Cylinder 5
P0305 - 35-10 - Misfire Detected - Intermittent

16514 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S1
P0130 - 35-10 - Malfunction in Circuit - Intermittent
Readiness: 0000 0000

I own an '01 Allroad and, although it does sound like a control module issue that is causing an""No-Rise"" issue, i'd also use some compressed air at the airbags to be sure that they do inflare andnhold air. Also, sounds possible that the compressor could be on its way out due to constant running and overheating. You could be facing a huge cost to bring th e suspension back to life.
The codes for the bad EGT SENSORS will likely be dead EGT sensors, but ive had very good luck removing the EGT Sensors and removing the silicone gel and REFLOWING THE SOLDER. Seriously, 9 times out of 10 this has fixed the problem.
The misfire in #5 is easy enough to trouble shoot by swapping coils. Mabe a compression and/or leakdown test is in order.

It could be a really decent deal, but has the potential to be extremely costly. Best of luck to you!
