Possible New Owner; Need Advice
Hello all. Due to some bad decisions with my last few cars I have some serious negative equity going on and need to get a cheaper note. If I had my way I'd go buy a new A4, but that wouldn't help my cause!
What I'm considering is a 2002 A6 3.0. It's got 47K miles and is at my local Audi dealer for $12,828. It appears to be in really good shape, though I've only seen pictures. I'm not wild about the color, Irish Green Pearl, but I can live with it for a good, affordable car. I haven't searched the forum thoroughly yet, but just in general how reliable is this 2002 going to be? Any commons issues that I should be aware of? Also, does this seem like a good price? Thanks for any advice! |
Audis are great cars, but require expansive maintenance and repairs. If you are already in some money trouble, I say stay away from C5s. C6s supposedly have better reliability.
