ok i have a 2002 audi a6 3.0
theres a difference in the bottom center grill and the foglights between the 4.2 and the 3.0
i like the 4.2's look better and theres these fog light cover/vents that look sweet ----> http://www.lltek.com/a6s6_4pnt2_air_intakes.htm
so im wondering if the dimensions of the 4.2 bumper would allow it to hook up straight to my 3.0 without major modification.
if anyone knows the dimensions or happens to have a 4.2 and 3.0 or has any ideas thanks

 

It will not work because of the difference in the shape where the bumper meets the wheel flares on the fenders.

 

harsh, thanks for the reply, i found those inserts only for the 4.2 model so im out of luck
