Question Precision rebuild kit ??

I am rebuilding my transmission 5hp-24A for a 2001 A6 with a 4.2L. I want to know if anyone used the Precision rebuild kit from Dacco of Detroit instead of the genuine ZF parts.

I don't think your going to find to many people who have done a trany rebuild. Is that kit a lot cheaper?
