How should this valve operate when 12 volts is applied to it? I assumed it should open when powered and close when not...i replaced mine (which stayed closed even with power) and the one i got opens with power but seems to stick open for a few minutes. Would this explain the CEL for large evap line leak i started getting once i replaced the old one?
