Hello guys, Couple questions about my new 2.7t a6.

1) my oil temp gauge jumps from 3/4 of the way to the bottom, and this happens only sometimes. Other times it stays at a third of the way up like my a4 ran. Whats the deal? and it jumps back and forth so i know its something faulty, at least i hope so, with the electrics or a wire or something. Just thought you guys might have seen this problem before

2) my window lock button wont click over to let everyone roll down there windows. It pushes down fine and everything but it wont let people in the rear roll down there windows unless i hold it. Are these easy to replace?
