QUICK WHEEL HELP
 

so i go to put on my new wheels and i take the lugs off the back wheels and the rims wont com eoff the hub? is it rusted or is there another bolt ... there is a hex thing in the middle that the lug nut fits into perfectly but i think thats the bearing or something? Let me know if there is anything im missing other then them just being rusted on or something ... and whats teh best way to tackle that problem ??

The wheel is just stuck.. With the wheel off the ground, give the tire a few whacks at 3 and 9 o'clock, until it comes off. The centre nut is holding the bearing and the hub on the axle, do not remove.
