After numerous posts etc on here and after putting new water pump on the thing still with no effect finally it was found the radiator was blocked big style result new rad and hey presto the fans cut in!!
Makes me wonder just how long the fans had been out of action cos the rad dont block over night i saw inside the rad it was near solid!!

So after neew thermoswitch new water pump timing belt tensioners rollers etc and a new thermostat....................it was the rad all the time!!
Even the heater seems hotter now. as well as my wallet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
