Radio display problem
 

Sorry this is my first post but..->
I have a 2004 A6 and (suddenly) the radio display has stopped working. The radio illumination will not turn off (even when the car is off) and will not function at all when it is on either. I can't remove the radio because I can't access the screen to enter in the removal code. Anyone ever had this problem? Is there a reset button that shuts off all the power in the car?

If your car is still in warranty it will be covered

If thats not the case just remove the radio and remove the fuse and install it

Not exactly sure how long it will be okay for but i do know that it will function for a while
