Well I am starting to think this car is posessed. The radio was working fine yesterday and now today my wife goes to work with the car and says the thing does not work, radio is on but no sound, everything is lit up and even the CD shows that it is playing.

Now not sure if it has anything to do with the temp. outside as it was -2F last night.

Anyone have any ideas?

 

Audi's are possessed, and not by the good type of gremlins. Get used to it. Stuff fails and CELs light for no apparent reason. I've never had your problem but radios are electrical in nature and the extreme cold could have caused a connection to fail (metal slightly shrinks in the cold, or it could be condensation that froze). Warm it up in a garage and maybe it will decide to reward your kindness with music.
