Rear Window Shade

Has anyone had any problems with their rear window shade? Mine is starting to act up a little bit. Each side goes down at a different pace and the shade isn't tucked away when it is down. Any ideas or how to fix?

Most likly the regulator is broken and needs to be replaced.

does anyone know if there is any kind of silicone spray or some sort of lube that will work so it will go more smooothly. mine is kinda iffy at times,but still works, but not as smoothly as i would like it to
