Hold down the rear window lockout button while someone tries to activate them in the rear.
90% chance it will only work when your holding down that button on the master switch. If they work when someone is holding the lockout button you need a new master window switch.

There is a small hole on the bottom the handle on the door, use a small pocket screwdriver and push the switch up through that hole.

Do both of your rear window's not work? If so just replace the master window switch anyway, there isn't anything else that will cause both rear window switches to notwork.

so it's just pop out? and disconnect cable correct?

I'll see if I can take that part and see how connections are.
I looked at the pic from the parts and looks like easy opening that one out and check.
prob contact is worn and not making connections I assume. since when you press it all the way it works.

I had the same problem and I had my switch changed. I was getting some warranty work done and since I was already paying the money, I just had them add that on. I works fine now. Good luck. I have a 2000 2.7
