Hi,

I own a 1998 A6 and my passenger-side window is not working. I read through the posts on how to change the broken regulator clips (the DIY posts on this topic were very helpful!) and was able to replace them with new pink ones I bought at the Audi dealership.

I also noticed that one of the white regulator pulleys is broken (please see image below) and the cable has come off the track. I tried to pull the cable back onto the pulley, but it is really taut.

I would greatly appreciate if someone could tell me how to replace the white pulley.
