rims
in my opinion do 18's. 19's are "rare" and more expensive to replace tires/rims/etc... 18's will allow you to run a bigger tire to soak up some of the road bumps and all... again... just an opinion. i run 18's on my 98 A6 with 225/40/18 tires and while yes i have noticed a difference in ride, it's not that bad. also, look how nice Southboro AudiGuy's car looks and he is running 17's...
the style rims i was planning on getting, AT Italia Nido.

rims colors i was planning on were silver, hyper black w/ polished lip, or gunmetal w/ polished lip. car color is racing green.

Is it that deep forest green they put on the A4 in the early 2000's? If so, the black with polished lip would look hot. In fact, any rim with a recessed inner and a polished lip looks good on these cars. That's why I always liked the OEM BMW rims. They has a nice 1-1.5" lip. If you plan on tinting your windows the black would also compliment well. But by all means, stick with 18"
