Default Slight front end creak

Hey guys I have just been doing a ton of repairs on my 2.7 including tb, valve covers, coolant system, etc. I just recently also took the car in to fix a sticking caliper. After all this, occasionally when making low speed turns, I get a little creak from the front end. I have checked the control arm bushings, and they all seem okay. Any ideas?
thanks

Those type of noises are the worst because you can't drive, look and listen and at the same time. I would put it in the air and wiggle things around, Check the caliper bolts and lug nuts to make sure they are all tight. Spray the bushings to see if the noise disapears. Is it quieter in the Rain? If not could be the strut.
