Default Someone help! Should i buy?

It is an 01 a6 2.7t fully loaded. Price is 7000, it is very clean inside and out. Has 105,000 miles. Timing belt/water pump done at 90,000. It is a 6 speed. Clutch felt good. Do you think it is worth this price? there was no CEL or anything. Do they usually have a lot of problems at this mileage? Please any information helps.

Fully loaded?? All Audi's are fully loaded.

Even if it is a quattro it is waaaaaaay to much!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do a search to find out what people are saying about the 2.7
offer $4,000 and prepare to spend another $2 - 3,000 for incidentials in the next few years if your lucky.

Not a good idea! KBB is way off when it comes to Audi's unless you want to get ripped off.

A 2001 a6 2.7t has all sorts of parts that are very expensive to replace, such as two exhaust gas temperature sensors, a secondary air pump and two turbochargers.
Hence, the price of this car depends on which expensive parts need replacing and how much labor is involved.
Also, a car may have no CEL, but may have one or more incomplete emission monitors. If you are required to have an emissions test, then the emission monitors must all be complete.
So, you could put in the contract the requirement that the car must pass the safety and emission tests done by an independent shop of your choice.

Depends on where you are in the US, on the east coast 7 grand is expensive, in california that cheap. 2.7T's still sell for over 10 grand out here.

Here is a link to an autotrader search 300 miles away from my zip code, and you can see how overpriced things are out here, so if you are on the west coast, its a steal.
