Suspension noise when braking and accelarting
I've done lots of search about this matter but couldn't find a specific thread to address my situation.

I recently went over a speed bump without noticing it at a speed of 50 mph. Ever since I hear this knock every time I brake hard or accelerate hard from 0mph. I also hear it when I reverse with the steering wheel turned all the way to the left, haven't noticed it to the right. It first started with one knock on the right side, without noticing any alignment problem, as in the car wouldn't drift to a side when I let go of the steering wheel. Now, I sometimes hear two knocks and on the left side, too. The car leans towards the right when I leg go of the steering wheel.
Is it possible the bushings are messed up? Springs out of alignment? Axel needs to be realigned?
Thank you in advance.
