Default Throttle Tip-in

I have tried searching but maybe I am searching for the wrong terms. What I want is to change the throttle response on my 00 A6 avant quat 2.8l. Right now the first 1/2in does nothing basically, the next 1/8th in pretty much floors the car. Driving smoothly is impossible, I look like one of those GM cars that when accelerating from a stop light the rear ends drops, the front end raises even with very little throttle. Ok, I'm being dramatic, but I feel like that must be what it looks like. The throttle is so sensitive it hate it. I have a vag-com so if there is a way to change it's programming please help me out.

Could it be a sticky throttle body?

Thanks,

Jeff
