trans swap?
 

Anybody have any idea what it might cost to go from a 6spd. to a auto in a 01' 2.7 quattro? I know in america V-8 muscle cars its not that big of a deal. How much might it cost? Even if I buy the tranny new from a dealer and have them install it? Im thinking about 3-4K...see reasonable? But then I will have the 6sd, computer and all that parts left over to sell and try to recoop some money....Think I could sell the parts?

I am sure will be easyer to just swich cars in dealership or sell yours on autotrader ( you will get more then from dealer ) and get new one.
