Transmission replacement @85k
 

A6 needs transmission replaced at 85k, cost is 9,200. 85k seems very early to have transmission problem and price seems very high, any thoughts!

Im at 90k and my mechanics have said nothing about a trans in my near future. 04 a6 , what have you done :P

CWEST2016 I'm actually posting for my sister... she has a 2012 A6 Audi told her she has a electronic control module/ transmission module issue....she said she also received a recall notice for an engine control module...does any of this make sense to you ��

I have not heard or seen any notices from Audi on the transmission module. I also own a 2012 A6.
