Turn Signal blinking fast

Turn Signal blinking fast
So I put in the DEPO Eurospec dual halo headlights on yesterday. Everything was great but now my turn signals blink fast.
I don't think it is the relay because the hazzard works fine. I honestly think it was because I took the turn signal socket from my old lights and put it in the new ones, since I could not get the old bulbs to fit into the new sockets.
Anyways my plan is to purchase PY21W from here http://www.partsforsaabs.com/product...oducts_id=3892, just to make sure they are right, and install those into the bulb socket that came with the lights. Hopefully that solves it.
Let me know if you know of any other fixes. Thanks

Don't know about Audi's, but fast blinking on a lot of cars used to mean that there's a bulb out on that side. And your blinker and hazard relays are two separate relays in most vehicles, by the way (again, still learning about Audi's).
Based on your planned actions, I believe you are correct and the issue will be resolved when you get the righ parts together.

Ok I kind of did more research on this,
from what I find the original headlights use the 2357 dual contact bulb these which are 1157s basically:

While the Eurospec Depos use PY21Ws which are basically 7507s these:

From what I found the Eurospec has a 150 degree offset so they will not and they are single contacts so that makes it not fit in the new sockets.
What I'm thinking since the Eurospecs by default have the parking lights off when headlights are on that might be the reason for the single contact bulb. I remeber the factory sockets had 3 prongs while the new sockets only had 2
So I think by putting the 3 prong original socket in the new lights, it is screwing around with the resistance, since the new lights only have 2 prongs.
Anyways I'm just thinking out loud, was I get home I will try it and post my results. Hopefully that works because the last thing I want to be is a new relay.
Fast blinky lights look "ricey" hahahaha
Cheers
