Ive just fitted some leather to my C5 A6, however they are from an earlier model with no side airbags. Now I have the annoying airbag light on the dash.
Tried searching the module with vagcom but had no joy.

Anyone know how to turn them off or how to get rid of the light?

 

Do a google search for Audi A6 side air bag bypass. You should be able to find what you need. Basically, you add a resistor to the harness to trick it into thinking the bag is there.
