Wheel Wobbles between 55 and 60 WHY!!!!
OK so the steering wheel wobbles between 55 and 60 and there is a vibration there a grate deal of the time when running above 60 so far I have check the following:
1. Tie rod ends, no play
2. Tires all at the same pressure no diffearnce between left and right on the front
3. Tires Balanced (when installed and since)
4. Tiers rotated
5. Told there are no flat spots or out of round tiers.
Any suggestions on what I can check next either to re check the above at home or what to look at next

Have a shop raise it on a stable rack and drive the car up to 60 mph (or affected speed with ESP OFF) and visually look at the front wheels, at this speed its much easier to get a look at which wheel/axle is causing the issue, then they can pinpoint the exact problem.

It’s the tires and wheels out of balance, or the tires have started to destroy the belts inside them. My C5 had this happen about every 20-28thousand miles. Never in the 114,000 miles I had that car did I get over 28,000 miles from a set of tires, no matter the brand I tried. Same thing on my C6 now around 36000 miles. Audis are VERY susceptible to tires and balance.

I would have to agree. Tires are out of round switch the front to the back and back to the front. Pay careful attention if they are directionals

I was having this problem as well, but I had the rotors replaced with new brake pads, stainless steel lines and new tires to finish it off. No more noticeable vibrating/shaking at any speed.
Make sure your tires are all inflated within spec!
Good luck!

I am having the exact same problem, even the same speed range as you, but it's because my hubcentric rings and wheel spacers aren't gellin well. I just got a 3.5" Aluminum rod in and have it chucked on the lathe. Going to make my own hub rings and see how it goes.
